For card show vendors

cardflare Max

Every buyer in the hall, pointed at your booth. Upload what you are bringing and the person hunting it walks straight to your table.

On the show floor

The sale finds you

Buyers stop working the hall table by table, and you stop hoping the right one reaches yours.

Upload before the show

List what you're bringing from your dashboard, raw singles and graded slabs alike (PSA, BGS or CGC), so your inventory is searchable the moment the doors open.

The sale finds you

Attendees search the show the moment they arrive and get your booth number. Instead of asking every vendor in the hall, the buyer who wants your card walks straight to your table.

Slabs sell as slabs

A PSA 10 and a BGS 9.5 are two different reasons to cross a hall. Buyers see the grader and grade on every result, best grade first.

One weekend at a time

Claim your booth for each show and move it if the floor plan changes. Leave a show and your stock disappears from it, while your list stays ready for the next one.

Questions vendors ask

What does it cost?
Max is set up person to person for now, so it starts with a conversation. Request an invite and we will get back to you with the details for your shows.
What do I upload?
A list of what you are bringing: card, quantity, and the grader and grade for slabs. Prices are not shown; the number on the sticker is booth talk.
What do buyers need?
Nothing. They scan the show's code at the door, search for a card, and get your booth number.
Do I need to be a store?
No. A vendor is its own kind of account on cardflare, with its own dashboard: shows, booths and inventory, no rooms or counter code.
